YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality control and product certification of supplier components, ensuring full compliance with technical and quality requirements, and support supplier audits and development activities in close cooperation with Global Supplier Quality Management
- Define, monitor, and report supplier quality KPIs, actively driving corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships, leading joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Contribute to the optimization and harmonization of quality management standards and processes across the organization
- Actively participate in optimization and transformation projects to support business growth, efficiency, and operational excellence

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the transition to a fully model based and virtual engineering environment for Loader Cranes
- Develop and validate innovative crane functions through simulation and virtual testing
- Define and implement MBSE/MBD methods, tools, and standards
- Setup and lead international virtualization teams and projects, strengthen the global development network
- Establish knowledge management and KPI tracking

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure smooth communication with dealers by providing information on delivery times, prices, and customized equipment orders while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor order intake, changes, and requests while maintaining service quality across product lines such as Loader Cranes, Hook & Skip Loaders, PALFINGER Equipment, and MCC
- Contribute to reporting activities and support efforts to optimize processes and reduce stock units
- Support customized orders, inquiries, and changes, including acting as a deputy for the Tuning Center and Hook & Skip topics
- Handle after-sales topics including service contracts and cross-border sales coordination

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain simulation models of loader crane systems using MBSE/MBD methods, tools, and standards with focus on hydraulic and mechatronic behaviour
- Support innovation and virtual validation of loader cranes during the product development process
- Perform system analysis using simulation and measurement data to improve model accuracy
- Collaborate with cross disciplinary engineering teams to support product development
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reuse of simulation models, methods, and workflows

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze customer requirements, review specifications and assess technical feasibility
- Act as interface between Engineering/R&D, Sales and Production and translate customer needs into technical specifications
- Support projects from inquiry to implementation and assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations
- Create and maintain relevant technical documentation for projects and internal handovers
- Provide technical support and act as point of contact for customers
