- Own and continuously develop the global internal communication strategy in alignment with Corporate Communications, brand, and Reach Higher 2030+; define tone of voice, governance, standards, and processes
- Steer global editorial and topic planning, ensure clear narratives, messaging consistency, and language guidelines; simplify communication by focusing on strategic relevance and impactful storytelling
- Own and coordinate the global internal communication ecosystem, including the intranet and collaboration platforms, ensuring a well‑orchestrated push‑and‑pull communication model across global, regional, and local levels
- Lead internal communication for major initiatives, change, and crisis situations; empower leaders as communicators through clear guidance, tools, and formats in close collaboration with Corporate Communications and HR
- Act as a strategic partner to Management, HR, and regional hubs; lead and develop the global internal communication team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You govern the global Service process landscape, ensuring quality, consistency, lifecycle management and documentation approvals
- You own the global Service change request backlog, coordinating cross‑process input, supporting prioritization and conducting structured impact evaluations (business value, profitability, Clean Core, scalability)
- You design and maintain cross‑system roles and authorization concepts, ensuring SoD compliance and alignment with global governance standards
- You support the implementation of global process templates and operational changes, coordinate incidents and govern justified exceptions while minimizing process customization
- You coordinate Service reporting requirements, ensure end‑to‑end process KPI definitions, and act as a governance and quality gate between business stakeholders, process experts and the data & analytics organization, driving effective communication and end‑user enablement

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own global product marketing and positioning strategies across the entire product lifecycle to drive sustainable business growth
- Lead and shape go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing, ensuring alignment, strategic clarity, and global consistency
- Drive global product launches for complex products and services, managing timing, narrative, and readiness, with structured handovers to regional teams
- Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks that translate technical features into customer-relevant benefits and clear competitive differentiation
- Act as a strategic partner and project leader, collaborating across Product Management, Sales, and Service to align perspectives, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver against objectives, timelines, and budgets

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve global Sales/O2C process standards, including governance rules and KPI set, to drive continuous improvement and alignment across regions
- Identify and coordinate process experts worldwide, execute advanced training programs, and ensure knowledge transfer across regions
- Build up a solid foundation for Process Performance Monitoring to enable process integrity and compliance by monitoring process performance via KPIs/PPIs, analyzing deviations, and initiating corrective improvement measures
- Manage global rollout tasks in course of roll-out projects, ensuring consistent implementation and expected business impact across entitie
- Define system-related process requirements for O2C processes (SAP SD) validate changes (incl. testing coordination) and conduct rollout changes within the global change-control framework (RFC process)

- Consult and support business processes with focus on SAP EWM, SAP MM (Purchasing), and SAP TM
- Design, document, implement/customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in and contribute to specification workshops for new business requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners, acting as an interface between PALFINGER and external teams
- Independently manage tasks such as leading work packages or (part) project leadership, including preparation and reporting of workshops and project meetings, as well as handling incidents in assigned modules

Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership, providing consulting, coaching, and end to end HR lifecycle support.
- Drive change and organizational development initiatives, including org design, workshops, and transformation projects.
- Lead and support talent management processes such as succession planning, career development, and capability-building measures.
- Oversee HR controlling activities, including FTE planning, KPI based performance steering, and collaboration with Finance.
- Contribute to global HR projects (e.g., engagement surveys, job grading) and ensure effective cooperation with the works council.
