- Act as the main contact for retrofit and modification requests from customers, dealers and service partners
- Translate customer needs into clear technical solutions in close cooperation with design teams
- Develop and prepare retrofit and modification offers, including service kits
- Manage projects from initial inquiry through successful completion
- Build in-depth knowledge of PALFINGER marine and wind cranes to create effective solutions

- Oversee the implementation and global rollout of a company-wide PLM solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate the integration of PLM, working closely with the Process and Data Organization (PDO).
- Lead process optimization initiatives across departments, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
- Manage external service providers, including contract governance, performance monitoring, and budget control.

- Consult and support business processes with focus on SAP EWM, SAP MM (Purchasing), and SAP TM
- Design, document, implement/customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in and contribute to specification workshops for new business requirements
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners, acting as an interface between PALFINGER and external teams
- Independently manage tasks such as leading work packages or (part) project leadership, including preparation and reporting of workshops and project meetings, as well as handling incidents in assigned modules

- Provide business process consulting with a focus on SAP SD and CS / S4 Service modules
- Design, document, customize, and optimize logistics processes in alignment with the Process & Data Organization
- Participate in requirement and specification workshops for new business demands
- Coordinate and collaborate with external implementation partners as an interface to internal teams
- Independently manage work packages or (sub-)projects, including preparation and reporting of workshops and meetings
