- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, complex spice and food additive blends, as well as meat products
- Independently perform microbiological and chemical/physical analyses according to defined testing methods
- Carry out sensory evaluations to assess product quality and characteristics
- Perform sampling, e.g., of raw materials or for microbiological environmental monitoring
- Receive, register, label, and properly store incoming samples
- Prepare and process samples in accordance with laboratory standards
- Analyze, interpret, and evaluate test results, including computer-based documentation
- Prepare analysis certificates and related documentation
- Collaborate with external laboratories and coordinate outsourced analyses
- Operate, maintain, and monitor analytical laboratory equipment, taking responsibility for assigned instruments and testing devices
- Perform equipment maintenance and calibrations according to maintenance schedules

Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollprüfungen an Rohstoffen, komplexen Gewürz- und Lebensmittelzusatzstoffmischungen sowie Fleischwaren
- Selbstständige Durchführung mikrobiologischer sowie chemisch‑physikalischer Analysen nach definierten Prüfmethoden
- Durchführung sensorischer Prüfungen zur Beurteilung von Produktqualität und -eigenschaften
- Probennahme, z. B. von Rohwaren oder für mikrobiologische Umfeldkontrollen
- Annahme, Registrierung, Kennzeichnung und sachgerechte Lagerung aller eingehenden Proben
- Vorbereitung und Aufarbeitung von Proben gemäß LaborvorgabenAuswertung und Bewertung von Analyseergebnissen inkl. EDV-gestützter Dokumentation
- Erstellung von Analysenzertifikaten und Dokumentationsunterlagen
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen LaboratorienBedienung, Pflege und Überwachung von Analysegeräten, inklusive Übernahme der Geräte- und Prüfmittelverantwortung
- Durchführung von Gerätewartungen und Kalibrierungen gemäß Wartungsplan
