Strategic Buyer (f/m/x) - Non-Food

NovaTaste has over 2,400 employees and supplies food manufacturers, butchers and foodservice players across Europe, North America and Asia.

As a Strategic Buyer in the Non-Food segment, you will be part of our ten-member team at the headquarters in Salzburg. Your area of responsibility covers the European market with a focus on our German-speaking locations.

Tasks

• Identify, select, and qualify new suppliers while optimizing the existing supplier portfolio
• Conduct ongoing procurement market analyses and monitor relevant indices
• Negotiate and conclude framework and cooperation agreements
• Continuously identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction measures
• Participate in cross-departmental purchasing projects at the European level and actively contribute to the development of international activities

Skills

• Successfully completed degree in business administration
• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in Non-Food/Packaging
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• High level of initiative and proactive working style
• Solution-oriented approach and sense of responsibility
• Strong team player with enthusiasm for working in a 10-member team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Occasional travel (trade fairs, supplier visits)

The minimum gross salary for this position is €2,741.61 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours). A significant overpayment according to your qualifications and experience is, of course, part of our offer.
