Aufgaben
- Entwicklung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Verpackungskonzepten für Primär-, Sekundär- und Tertiärverpackungen
- Durchführung von Tests unter realen Bedingungen zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Stabilität und Funktion
- Analyse regulatorischer, kundenspezifischer und gesetzlicher Anforderungen sowie deren Umsetzung
- Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Verpackungsspezifikationen und Dokumentationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik, Qualität, SCM, Einkauf und globalen Packaging-Teams
- Leitung und Unterstützung standortübergreifender Verpackungs- und Optimierungsprojekte
- Analyse relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Treiber von Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation, Kosteneffizienz und Best Practices im Packaging-Netzwerk
