- You take on the central role in our international IT projects and are the professional and technical contact person for our operations control software.
- As a process/domain expert, you will advise our customers and play a leading role in the planning, coordination and implementation of our software technologies.
- Together with our users, you determine their requirements for our software. In addition to analysing and documenting customer needs, you will act as an interface to our software development teams.
- In the course of software upgrades, you will accompany our customers during the rollout of new features and support them in the implementation of updates.

Aufgaben
- Du betreust als Servicetechniker*in unsere Marken Buderus und Bosch im Raum Salzburg Stadt und sorgst für eine professionelle und nachhaltige Betreuung der Heizsysteme unserer Kundinnen und Kunden.
- Dein Arbeitstag beginnt und endet vor deiner Haustüre mit einem hochwertig ausgestatteten Firmenfahrzeug und modernster IT-Ausstattung.
- Du bist Teil eines qualifizierten Teams und erhältst eine professionelle Einschulung, um einen tiefen Einblick in unsere Produktpalette (u. a. Wärmepumpen und Gasthermen) zu erhalten. Mit laufenden Weiterbildungen und Zertifizierungen (z.B. Lehrabschlussprüfung für Kälte- und Klimatechnik) wirst du Vorreiter*in der HKLS-Branche.
- Du führst selbständig und gründlich Wartungsarbeiten, Inbetriebnahmen oder Reparaturen durch, findest, analysierst und behebst Störungen und trägst damit einen wesentlichen Teil zur Nachhaltigkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
- Im engen Kundenkontakt berätst du z.B. zur idealen Einstellung der Geräte auf den persönlichen Bedarf und unterstützt dabei, Heizungskosten gering zu halten.

- You will be responsible for planning and implementing our patch management for Windows and Linux systems. In doing so, you will ensure that all systems remain reliable, secure, and up to date.
- You will manage and update our server and client infrastructure while keeping an eye on stability and availability.
- You will manage our backup systems, such as Veeam or Commvault, and ensure they remain up-to-date and fully functional. Using out-of-band management solutions like HPE iLO, you will maintain systems and efficiently resolve issues remotely.
- You automate patching processes using PowerShell or Bash, monitor the status, and generate clear reports. You perform tests alongside updates, carry out rollbacks as needed, and analyze errors in a structured manner.
- You work closely with IT Security and Infrastructure teams to jointly ensure a stable and secure system environment.
