- Du unterstützt das Retail Network Development Team mit Schwerpunkt auf die Vertragsabwicklung. Dies beinhaltet die Vorbereitung von Dokumenten, die Abwicklung des Unterschriftsprozesses und die Archivierung der Händlerverträge.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Einführung von Agenturverträgen in den 12 Märkten der Region Zentral- und Südosteuropa. Dabei stehst du in direktem Kontakt mit unseren verschiedenen Kollegen in den 12 Märkten sowie mit externen BMW-Partnern (Projektmanagementagenturen usw.).
- Du wirst an Netzwerkprojekten und -Simulationen für die 12 Märkte beteiligt sein.
- Du unterstützt laufende Projekte im Bereich Retailer Performance Management.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für Ad-hoc-Analysen und -Bewertungen (z. B. Managementberichte und -tracking sowie Projektpräsentationen usw.).
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Vorbereitung von Teambesprechungen und der Protokollführung.

What awaits you?
- Develop and maintain Excel-based automation tools using VBW (Visual Basic for Applications).
- Optimize existing spreadsheets, formulas, and macros to improve performance and efficiency.
- Create custom dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis.
- Utilize Power Query and Power Pivot for advance data processing.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conducting regular and ad hoc analyses.
- Communication with process partners across all 12 markets in the region.

What awaits you?
- You support the Electro-Mobility, Corporate, Direct & Special Sales team at the Salzburg location in the management of the 12 markets of the Central and South-Eastern Europe region.
- You actively collect information on government incentives related to e‑mobility and prepare it for management decision‑making.
- You work on evaluations and help with the preparation of various key figures for the sales channels in the corporate sales area for the entire BMW and MINI product portfolio.
- You support the development of new evaluations and control processes.
- You are responsible for back-office tasks and take care of their optimization.

- Du unterstützt das Team im Bereich der Händlernetzentwicklung mit der Einführung der neuen Designwelt „Retail.Next“ im Handelsbetrieb, sowie der Implementierung innovativer Kundenprozesse.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Transformation der physischen und digitalen Customer Journey im Zuge der Implemtierung digitaler Tools am Point of Sales.
- Dabei bist Du im direkten Austausch mit unseren verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern in den 12 Märkten sowie mit externen BMW-Partnern (Architekten, Projekt Management Agenturen, etc.)
- Du unterstützt laufende Projekte wie zum Beispiel: Mystery Shopping, internal eSign Tool Implementierung, etc.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für ad-hoc Analysen und Auswertungen (z.B. Management-Reportings undTrackings, wie auch Projektpräsentationen, etc.).

What awaits you?
- Controlling of Sales and Costs for BMW, MINI and Motorrad for the region Central and Southeastern Europe (comprising 12 markets).
- Strong involvement in planning, steering and reporting of financial KPIs.
- Analysis of plan/target gaps and derivation of target-aimed measures.
- Support in the financial evaluation of planned strategic activities.
- Support for monthly closing, forecasts and budget planning.
- Preparation of regular reports and management presentations.
- Support the FP&A department with data quality controls and BI development.
- Support the performance team with implementation of AI within FP&A and market controlling.

- Participate in PDR, NPI, and beta-site activities by contributing technical inputs, observations, and structured feedback

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Field Service, and other partners to support aligned execution

- Travel up to 10–15% annually to support local account teams and direct customer engagements
