Ihre Aufgaben:
- Operative Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Anwendung der eingesetzten Systeme – mit Schwerpunkt Produktionsplanung, Auftragsmanagement & -steuerung sowie Transportmanagement
- Fachliche Führung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Themen und Projekte (laterale Führung ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung)
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP-Systems

- Lead material and sourcing activities to support New Product Implementation Programs (NPI), ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and manufacturing readiness targets.
- Define and drive program sourcing strategies and related sub‑projects for direct materials, equipment, and services in collaboration with Engineering, Supplier Engineering, Production.
- Perform cost analysis, volume planning, and supply‑risk assessments for assigned programs and suppliers.
- Drive cost engineering, cost reduction, and manufacturing ramp readiness from supplier onboarding to serial release.
- Partner closely with suppliers and Quality teams to resolve technical, quality, and manufacturability issues impacting cost, schedule, or scale-up readiness.
- Support commodity and technology-focused sourcing strategies, including market intelligence, supplier technology assessments, pricing trends, and long-term material availability.
- Define, document, and present program sourcing strategies to stakeholders and management, translating technical and commercial inputs into structured program updates (e.g. PowerPoint, program reviews).
