RESPONSIBILITIES
- Previous internships or part-time roles in process analysis, business improvement, or data analytics are a plus.
- Familiarity with process mining concepts, tools, and methodologies are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and ensure knowledge retention.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies in process mining.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new process mining and automation tools and methodologies.

Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Dokumentation, Visualisierung und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen in BPMN 2.0
- Aufnahme, Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Soll-Prozess-Gestaltung
- Mitgestaltung bei der Konzeptionierung von GPM-Standards
- Begleitung der internationalen Prozessharmonisierung
- Gestaltung, Organisation und Moderation von Prozessworkshops und Schulungen für Mitarbeiter:innen
- Beratung und Begleitung der Kolleg:innen in den Fachabteilungen
