YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the harmonization of procurement- and material-related data across different ERP systems (SAP, Infor LN, Microsoft Axapta)
- Assist in identifying consolidation and volume-bundling opportunities across Marine & Wind Cranes, Marine Handling Solutions, and Boats & Davits
- Prepare and analyze spending patterns to enable material and supply chain optimization
- Support cost‑saving and design‑to‑cost projects by analyzing BOM (Bill of Materials) and preparing cost overviews. You will closely collaborate with the lead buyers and other project team members
- Support in creating project documentation such as presentations, templates, dashboards, and reporting materials

Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Sortiment: Sie gestalten eigenverantwortlich und kreativ die Warengruppen bei dm drogerie markt – immer den Blick auf den zufriedenen Kunden. Das Besondere ist das vielseitige Aufgabenspektrum. Sie gestalten und steuern ganzheitlich und umfassend den Einkauf, aber auch alle Platzierungen und Marketingaktivitäten rund um die Ware.
- Recherche: Sie sind für die laufende Marktbeobachtung, Erstellung von Promotionen und Abstimmung der dazugehörigen Kommunikationsmaterialien verantwortlich.
- Kommunikation: Sie stehen in engem Austausch mit unseren Industriepartner:innen und fördern proaktiv die Zusammenarbeit und Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsbeziehungen.
- Projektarbeit: Der Schwerpunkt dieser Position liegt im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in der Weiterentwicklung von Services und Dienstleistungsangeboten für Kundinnen und Kunden, wie z.B. die Abholstationen. In diesem Rahmen übernehmen Sie die Leitung sowohl nationaler als auch internationaler Projekte.
- Marktanpassung: Als Expert:in erkennen Sie proaktiv die verändernden Kundinnen- und Kundenbedürfnisse bzw. relevante Marktentwicklungen im Gesundheitsbereich und wirken maßgeblich an der Ausgestaltung neuer Lösungen mit.
- Wirtschaftlichkeit & Strategie: Sie verhandeln eigenständig Konditionen und Verträge mit unseren Partner:innen und übernehmen die wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung für das Sortiment. Darüber hinaus leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag in der Ausgestaltung von Einkaufsstrategien.
- Führungsverantwortung & Präsenz: Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Leitung eines Sortimentsteams. Für eine gute Zusammenarbeit ist eine regelmäßige Präsenz von mindestens drei Tagen pro Woche am Standort Salzburg vorgesehen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate, or recent Bachelor's/Master's graduate
- Fluency in English (spoken & written); German skills are an advantage
- A strong interest or foundational expertise in Procurement and related processes
- Previous internships or part-time experience in relevant fields (a plus, not a must)
- Experience using Miro and/or Figma, along with working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint
- Basic understanding of project management standards
- Clear and effective communication skills to bring ideas across to a variety of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured documentation and project plans

Tasks
- Development, optimization, and standardization of packaging concepts for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging
- Execution of tests under real conditions to ensure quality, stability, and functionality
- Analysis of regulatory, customer-specific, and legal requirements and their implementation
- Creation and maintenance of technical packaging specifications and documentation
- Close collaboration with production, engineering, quality, SCM, procurement, and global packaging teams
- Leadership and support of cross-site packaging and optimization projects
- Analysis of relevant KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of improvement measures
- Driving sustainability, innovation, cost efficiency, and best practices within the packaging network

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the definition of the BPM KPIs as well as the improvement of the BPM Framework, Process Modelling Notation and the Business Process Management Guide
- Further develop and the improve Business Process Architecture and support Process Owners and Senior Process and Data Manager in definition and documentation of the architecture of the process area
- Design, model and document business processes (BPMN 2.0) with special focus on the business process templates. Review and approve business processes against defined quality criteria to drive the cross-functional harmonization of business process documentation across the Process Landscape
- Provide consultancy to the Process and Data Organization in process architecture development and modelling, facilitate collaboration among BPM stakeholders to promote harmonized BPM practices and knowledge sharing including BPM trainings and development of training materials
- Perform administration and improvement of the BPM System (SAP Signavio) including the management of SAP Signavio dictionary, licenses, users and access rights
