Was erwartet dich?
- Durch das Erstellen von regelmäßigen Reports und Analysen bist du maßgeblich an der optimalen Zielsteuerung beteiligt.
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich das Monitoring der Händlerperformance.
- Du organisierst Treffen mit Kollegen und den Vertretern der BMW/MINI Handelsorganisation und wirst Teil dieser Community.
- Durch die Umsetzung von eigenständigen kleinen Projekten kannst du dir auch Skills im Projektmanagement aneignen.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die eigenständige und fristgerechte Bearbeitung von Gutschriftsanfragen unserer BMW/MINI Händler – von der Prüfung bis zur finalen Erstellung.
- Du erstellst Präsentationen und Auswertungen und unterstützt somit das gesamte Team.
- Du unterstützt deine Kollegen im operativen Tagesgeschäft.

What awaits you?
- You ensure a constant dialogue and information exchange within a sales region of 9 countries and support the countries with Sales and Logistics related topics.
- You work closely with different departments (Sales and if needed Marketing, Customer Support and Dealer Development).
- You set up, analyze and monitor market and dealer KPIs and study existing business processes.
- You support to develop new business processes within the region and give suggestions for possible improvements.
- You prepare presentations for the Head of Motorcycle Department and his affiliates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate student, postgraduate student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master degree).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with point-of-sale (POS) data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and professional PowerPoint storytelling.
- Experience with planogramming software (e.g., JDA, Space Planning) is an advantage.
- Proven project management and planning skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.
- Ability to effectively interact with peers, sales management and senior management.
