Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Filialplanung: Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Erstellung moderner Einrichtungs- und Ausführungspläne und sorgen so dafür, dass unsere dm-Märkte in Österreich einladend und funktional gestaltet sind.
- Konzeption: Sie gestalten und schaffen inspirierende Räume, die das Einkaufserlebnis unserer Kund:innen nachhaltig prägen.
- Bestellwesen: Sie sind für die Bestellabwicklung unserer dm-Ladenausstattung verantwortlich und koordinieren die Ladenbautermine – damit Neueröffnungen und Umbauten reibungslos und termingerecht umgesetzt werden.
- Kommunikation: In dieser Funktion bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zu unseren dm-Märkten österreichweit, internen Fachabteilungen sowie zu unseren Partnerunternehmen.

Was du tun wirst:
- Du errichtest und montierst fachgerecht Holzkonstruktionen im Neubau, Umbau, bei Renovierungs-, oder Sanierungsprojekten.
- Ob Dachstuhl, Carport, Holzfassade, Innenausbau, uvm. - eine präzise Umsetzung nach Plan und Normen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Der Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Maschinen oder Werkzeug ist für dich kein Problem.

Was Sie bei uns tun:
- Selbstständige Zubereitung des Frühstücksangebots (u. a. Aufbacken von Süßwaren, Zubereiten von gefüllten Ciabatta und Semmeln).
- Speisenausgabe im Mittagsgeschäft – die Gerichte werden nach dem Cook-&-Chill-Prinzip zubereitet.
- Zubereitung, Planung und Erstellung eines einzelnen Tagesgerichts.
- Selbstständige Warenbestellungmittels unserem Warenwirtschaftssystems.
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Küche sowie Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards nach HACCP
- Gegenseitige Unterstützung im Team sowie Anleitung und Unterstützung von Hilfskräften.

Was du tun wirst:
- Nach Plan übernimmst du händisch oder maschinell Arbeiten (fräsen, sägen,...) an den Fertigteilwänden. Dazu gehört Schalter-, Steckdosen-, Lichtauslässe ausfräsen, Türen und Fenster ausschneiden, Kanäle für die Elektro- und Wasserinstallation vorbereiten uvm.
- Die Überwachung moderner Produktionsanlagen übernimmst du selbstständig.
- Deine Handgriffe finden ausschließlich in der Produktionshalle statt, somit bleibst du vor Wind und Wetter geschützt.

DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGE ROLLE
- Du baust die nach Kundenwunsch geplanten Schaltanlagen mechanisch auf und verdrahtest sie. Alle dafür notwendigen Aufbau- und Stromlaufpläne werden für Dich vorbereitet.
- Zudem testest Du die fertigen Verteiler auf ihre Funktion & hältst die Ergebnisse im Prüfprotokoll fest.
- Auch die Qualitätskontrolle liegt in Deiner Hand: Du prüfst, ob alles nach Plan bestückt ist und unseren Qualitätsstandards entspricht.
- Bei etwaigen Problemen kümmerst Du Dich gemeinsam mit dem Technikteam um eine Lösung.

Tasks
- Implementation of the global compensation strategy including roll-out in the individual countries to support the local HR managers
- Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonus, etc.
- Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long-term incentives as well as development proposals.
- Ensuring of compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off-cycle requests, etc.
- Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees.
- Management of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary.
