YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the definition of the BPM KPIs as well as the improvement of the BPM Framework, Process Modelling Notation and the Business Process Management Guide
- Further develop and the improve Business Process Architecture and support Process Owners and Senior Process and Data Manager in definition and documentation of the architecture of the process area
- Design, model and document business processes (BPMN 2.0) with special focus on the business process templates. Review and approve business processes against defined quality criteria to drive the cross-functional harmonization of business process documentation across the Process Landscape
- Provide consultancy to the Process and Data Organization in process architecture development and modelling, facilitate collaboration among BPM stakeholders to promote harmonized BPM practices and knowledge sharing including BPM trainings and development of training materials
- Perform administration and improvement of the BPM System (SAP Signavio) including the management of SAP Signavio dictionary, licenses, users and access rights

- Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation in support of Lam’s cutting-edge semiconductor equipment and systems.
- Review and enhance processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture and fabrication of products.
- Develop and sustain new processes and process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.
- Compile and analyze test data to establish next steps in process development and determine appropriate limits and variables for process specifications.
- Collaborate internally to plan, collect data, analyze results, and report on customer demos for existing and new process applications.
- Contribute to next generation product development and release activities supporting the semiconductor roadmap.

- Support understanding of customer processes, applications, and use cases to inform internal product and technology execution
- Participate in PDR, NPI, and beta-site activities by contributing technical inputs, observations, and structured feedback

- Contribute to learning loops by documenting gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities identified during execution
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Field Service, and other partners to support aligned execution
