- In deiner Rolle bist du für den Aufbau und die Konfiguration unserer Sprachkommunikationssysteme verantwortlich.
- Beim Kunden vor Ort führst du die Implementierung und Inbetriebnahme durch und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in den Leitstellen.
- Nach der erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme stehst du unseren Kunden in den ersten Wochen als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Seite. Im Anschluss übergibst du die Leitstelle an unser Supportteam.
- Als Schnittstelle unterstützt du den technischen Support in einer beratenden Funktion.

- In your role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring our voice communication systems.
- You will carry out the implementation and commissioning on site at the customer's premises, ensuring that smooth operation in the control centers.
- After successful commissioning, you will support our customers in the first few weeks as a competent contact person. You will then hand over the control center to our support team.
- As an interface, you will support the technical support team in an advisory capacity.
