RESPONSIBILITIES

- Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies (like Agile or Waterfall).
- Familiarity with SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP FIORI, JIRA, Confluence, Workfront and Figma (very nice to have).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
- Basic understanding of business operations and the role of project management within different business contexts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration in the Corporate Marketing & Communications department – within the External Corporate Communication team, with a focus on Public Relations
- Assisting in the creation of press releases and content planning (research, writing, and production) as well as presentations for the Executive Board and Management Team
- Editorial tasks such as research, text creation, editing, and translation of texts
- Supporting the organization of internal and external events
- Contributing to the daily operations of the Corporate Communications department

- Support understanding of customer processes, applications, and use cases to inform internal product and technology execution
- Participate in PDR, NPI, and beta-site activities by contributing technical inputs, observations, and structured feedback
