Red Bull Media House is a global media company that produces, distributes and publishes content and entertainment programming in the sports and lifestyle genres. From film to television, print to digital media, music and gaming – Red Bull’s content is viewed by millions of fans across thousands of channels around the globe. From Facebook to Instagram to Youtube and beyond - Red Bull manages more than 1200 social channels around the globe with a number of leading social technology services and tools.
The purpose of this role is to support, manage and maintain the technical aspects of Red Bull’s social media services and tools while working closely with the Global Social Media team.
This will include getting hands-on experience with the latest social technology, helping to onboard and train new users, helping to update and maintain Red Bull’s global social media policies, as well as communicating new tools and features to Red Bull’s digital teams located in nearly 170 countries around the world.
We are looking for someone who can start in January/February 2026 for six months.

LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
In this role you’ll help to facilitate Red Bull’s social media portfolio – this includes helping to manage the back end of Red Bull’s nearly 1200+ social media accounts, as well as our enterprise social media services and tools (like Sprinklr, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, LastPass, etc.)
DIGITAL SERVICES COMMUNICATION
You'll also foster transparency and communicate accomplishments, deliverables, new tools, new strategies and drive educational topics to distribute knowledge across the company.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
During this internship, you’ll build and maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient collaboration with the teams in Brand, Engineering & Operations, Content Management, Social Media, Audience Insights, and more.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University degree in marketing, communications, journalism, media, technology, computer science, information systems or a related discipline
- First Experience with digital services, social media or a similar field
- Strong English writing skills, first project management experience and social media knowledge
- Passion for social media, digital tools and services as well as information technology, digital tools and finding ways to organize and improve business processes
- Understanding of the digital and social media industry – including social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, etc.
- Desire to become an expert with Social Tools: like Sprinklr, Bit.ly, Facebook Business Manager, LastPass, and Airtable
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors - and to communicate technical subject-matter
- Organized, creative, self-motivated and focused on delivering results
