YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Europe, ensuring alignment with global objectives, regional market demands, and business priorities
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, customer interactions, sales forecasting, and performance reporting to the Sales Director
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring high satisfaction, customer retention, and long-term business success
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the client base and strengthening the company’s market position across the region
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Channel Development and Application Engineering, to deliver Standard, Configured, and Customized Solutions while monitoring market needs, industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities

ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- You monitor relevant tender portals for new opportunities, using digital tools and AI applications to support your research.
- You manage, structure and distribute tender documents, bidder questions, responses and other project-related documentation.
- You coordinate bidder questions, forward them to the responsible specialist departments and consolidate their feedback in a structured manner.
- You prepare proposal documents, requests to participate and other submission documents for electronic procurement platforms and assist with the upload process.
- You review submission documents for formal completeness, layout, spelling, consistent formatting and a clear document structure.
- You coordinate required signatures, internal approvals and price reviews with the Management Board and prepare brief meeting minutes.
- You collaborate with Legal Advisors, Sales, Engineering and other internal departments to ensure that all documents are formally complete and correctly prepared.
- You maintain a well-organized, transparent and centralized digital filing system.
- You support sales and proposal management activities, including sending proposals, ensuring their correct filing in the relevant systems and preparing smaller proposals for our standard business.
