YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and optimize driver-based planning models across Regions, Functions and Productlines
- Lead the design and optimization of enterprise planning and forecasting models with a strong focus on automatization, governance and data quality
- Translate business drivers into actionable data models within annual budgets, rolling forecasts and strategic planning
- Partner with Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration from ERP and data warehouse systems and govern Planning & Consolidation metadata, hierarchies, and business rules
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide decision-support analytics, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to actively further shape our Planning & Consolidation strategy

- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop search strategies and deliver high-quality talent for senior and expert roles.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle with confidence and ownership, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Craft compelling, brand-aligned job postings that speak to the right audiences and attract exceptional talent.
- Collaborate with our Talent Attraction & Employer Branding team to support impactful initiatives—from campaigns and events to digital and offline activities—that strengthen our market presence.
- Use data and insights to track key recruiting metrics, contribute to continuous improvement, and actively participate in the refinement of our evolving TA processes.

- Support understanding of customer processes, applications, and use cases to inform internal product and technology execution
- Participate in PDR, NPI, and beta-site activities by contributing technical inputs, observations, and structured feedback
- Assist in translating customer requirements and issues into clear, actionable technical information for internal teams
- Contribute to learning loops by documenting gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities identified during execution
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Field Service, and other partners to support aligned execution
- Support customer-facing technical discussions under guidance, building confidence and credibility over time
- Develop technical breadth and application knowledge toward becoming an effective customer-facing SME
- Travel up to 10–15% annually to support local account teams and direct customer engagements
