- Leitung und Moderation von KVP-Workshops und Verbesserungsprojekten zur nachhaltigen Optimierung der Produktions- und Montageprozesse sowie Implementierung und Standardisierung von Lean-Methoden im Werk
- Durchführung von Assessments und Analysen sowie Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, beispielsweise in den Bereichen 5S, strukturierte Problemlösung und Wertstrommanagement
- Optimierung von Layouts und Materialflüssen unter Einsatz moderner Planungstools wie visTABLE
- Begleitung und Coaching von Führungskräften im Shopfloor Management sowie Durchführung von Lean-Trainings im Rahmen unserer Academy
- Unterstützung von Folgeprojekten zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung der Trainingsinhalte und langfristigen Verankerung von Lean Thinking und Operational Excellence in der Organisation

- Provide technical support in assembly and final test of the production floor
- Work with Lam Product Group Engineering in correcting design errors and driving RCCA
- Drive the improvement of the manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, cost, and on-time-delivery
- Drive work instruction creation and deployment within Lam’s manufacturing execution system
- Estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for fixturing and process requirements of new product lines
- Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations
- Review new designs for manufacturability and makes recommendations to design engineering on manufacturability (DFMA) improvements
- Analyze the build process via pFMEA, identifies risks and bottlenecks, and drives improvement
