We are looking for a committed leader to manage the Process and Data Organization within the global Product Line Management & Engineering organization. As Process Owner of the "idea-to-product" capability and process framework you will shape the future of cross functional product development worldwide to improve efficiency and reduce time - to - market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and Improve product development capabilities, process and data quality across the organization in strong collaboration with all stakeholders e.g. the Product Line Organization, global functions and the overall Process and Data Organization
• Support the continuous development and improvement of an overall Enterprise Architecture according to the requirements of Product Lines, Functions and Business Models
• Improve the overall capabilities of the organization towards Virtual Engineering and Model-Based-Systems Engineering
• Drive the implementation of processes by implementing appropriate IT-Systems in collaboration with the ICT Organization
• Manage the functional PMO by developing and implementing project management standards and governance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• A completed academic degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Many years of experience in Business Process Management in a product development context, especially in a cross functional and interdisciplinary environment.
• Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art development methods like Model-Based-Systems Engineering, Virtual Engineering and related IT-Systems
• Excellent intercultural communication skills, strong analytical abilities, solid understanding of organizational transformation and project management expertise
• Fluency in spoken and written English (German skills are a plus), willingness to travel internationally

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 66,740.94 based on full-time employment per year. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
