- Be the finance point of contact for your market(s) incl. BMW & MINI.
- Preparation and communication of business recommendations and reports towards management (incl. management of the Regional Headquarter and Local Offices).
- Challenge management on business activities and ensure informed decisions are being made to maximize profitability.
- Identify areas for improvement proactively (e.g. profitability initiatives).
- Consolidate month end actual results, analyze Cost of Retail spend versus budget/plan, derive recommended actions and communicate to management.
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan the contribution margin for BMW/ MINI cars within the official Forecast and Budget process.
- Analyze quarterly Sales campaign programs and provide analysis to management.
- Ensure timely and accurate bonus payments towards the BMW Dealer Network.

- Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internationalen Finanzprozesse im Zuge des Direktvertriebs, um diese effizienter und effektiver zu gestalten.
- Neben der Prozessoptimierung umfassen die Aufgaben insbesondere die Qualitätssicherung in den Accountingprozessen wie Kontenabstimmungen, Mahnwesen, Intercompany-Abstimmungen und das interne Kontrollsystem.
- Du erstellst Dokumentationen der Finanzprozesse und bist Ansprechpartner für unseren externen Dienstleister.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internationalen Prozesspartnern und Stakeholdern zusammen, um gemeinsam innovative Lösungen zu finden.
- Analyse unserer Finanzsysteme und -anwendungen und Aufzeigen von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in enger Abstimmung mit der IT.
- Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für das Management, um über Fortschritte und Ergebnisse zu informieren.

- Support in any internal and external Audits
- Year End Preparations and contact person for Tax advisor and Auditors
- Prepare audit documentation in a clear, concise, and timely manner
- Participate in other projects or assignments as requested
- Preparation of monthly declarations
- Act as functional lead for a small accounting team of 2, coordinating tasks and providing day‑to‑day guidance
- Review accounting entries and reconciliations prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Du erstellst, stimmst ab und präsentierst Entscheidungsvorlagen in internen Gremien.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Freigabe von Abgrenzungen und Korrekturen.
