- You will be responsible for coordinating, organising and booking (inter)national business trips.
- You will take on a wide range of administrative tasks, e.g. obtaining quotes, adhering to budget limits, forwarding invoices and ensuring careful documentation.
- You enjoy new challenges and support colleagues from project management and other departments in their day-to-day business.

Tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as development of the kitchen team, including apprentice training
- Planning and organization of all workflows to ensure smooth kitchen operations (approx. 200 meals per day)
- Purchasing and supplier management, including price negotiations and ensuring product quality
- Compliance with and monitoring of all hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Continuous development of the menu through creative menu design and new culinary ideas with a focus on sustainability, regionality, and seasonality
- Conceptualization, organization, and operational execution of in-house events and culinary activities
