YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging digital learning content (e-learnings, videos, podcasts, infographics, web) using storytelling and adult learning principle
- Coordinate global training programs with structured planning, localization, and on-time delivery
- Manage and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS) for easy access and usability
- Apply AI tools and analytics to boost engagement and measure impact
- Collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams to identify needs and develop effective training solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years’ experience in media monitoring, sponsorship analysis, or related fields (agency background preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and interpret data (ETL) into actionable insights.
- Proven experience sourcing and evaluating earned media and monitoring data, with expertise in managing external suppliers or outsourced teams.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, native reporting dashboards).
- Basic understanding of Python and motivation to grow technical skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and curious, with a passion for sports, culture, and data storytelling.

What awaits you?
- You will be responsible for the BMW Group’s corporate communication activities in Austria, including preparing press releases, handling media inquiries, developing briefings and backgrounders, and creating other corporate publishing materials.
- Leading the annual economic campaign “Good for Austria.”
- Supporting and preparing management for interviews, developing briefing documents for top executives, and providing updates on corporate matters.
- Managing the BMW PressClub Austria.
- Continuously monitoring media performance using dashboards and AI tools to ensure operational excellence, informed decision-making, and ongoing improvement of media KPIs. Providing assessments and actionable recommendations to the communications team.
- Assisting in crisis communication.
- Leading corporate social media activities and owned channels in Salzburg, including editorial planning and content creation.
- Steering internal communication activities at the BMW Group Campus Salzburg.
- Planning and executing internal and external events at national and international levels.
- Preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing daily operations for 12 markets in Central and Southeastern Europe, including strategic planning, event coordination support, and providing markets with relevant information and briefings.
- Responsible for organizational processes such as tenders and procurement.
- Planning and conducting the annual corporate reputation study in coordination with the market research team, analyzing results, preparing management summaries, and developing a communication strategy for the Austrian market.
