ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- You will support the introduction of comprehensive IT and software solutions and ensure their sustainable implementation in terms of budget, time and content.
- Your focus will be on coordinating and managing customer projects. You will work closely with your project team, manage the individual phases and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You will hold regular project meetings, coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and prepare decisions for management.

Key Facts
- Duration: starting July 2026 for a period of 1 year
- Work location: primarily remote – attendance at the company site in Salzburg by agreement (approx. 1–2 times per month)
- Working hours: minimum 30 hours up to full-time
- Compensation: gross €1,600.00 per month based on full-time employment

ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- You are the central organizational hub for the division management and ensure that appointments, information and tasks are structured and coordinated.
- You actively support the preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops and decision-making rounds (agenda, documents, minutes, follow-ups).
- You will independently take on administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business and support the division management.
- You will assist in the creation, preparation and design of presentations and documents for internal and external appointments.
- You will maintain and structure content, tasks and documentation in Jira and Confluence (e.g. task tracking, minutes, overviews and files).
- You will assist in tracking to-dos, decisions and open issues and ensure transparency and accountability.
- You will be the first point of contact for internal interfaces and support the teams with organizational issues.
- You will think proactively, recognize the need for action at an early stage, and contribute suggestions for improvement.
