- You are the central contact person for patch management and, together with our sales team for the successful planning and implementation of IT solutions for our control center customers.
- In doing so, you always keep high availability, redundancy, performance and IT security in focus.
- You will plan, coordinate and manage the implementation of patch days in our customers' IT and application landscapes of our customers.
- In an environment ranging from classic servers (Windows and RedHat Linux) to state-of-the-art network and cloud technologies, you will ensure that patch days are carried out in a controlled manner and comply with the regulatory framework.
- Together with the change management team, you will ensure the coordinated planning and implementation of patches and releases.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
- Proficiency in English is a must; German is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in PMO or strategic program/project management roles within Operations.
- Demonstrable expertise in project portfolio management and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, and tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project.
- Proven ability to manage high-impact projects with structured and autonomous execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A team player with entrepreneurial spirit, personal energy, and end-to-end thinking.

Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipeline to support our programmers in the development process. - You deal with the administration and orchestration of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), including deployment and process optimization with Ansible and ArgoCD to automate our deployments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 4 years of experience in backend and frontend development with languages like Java, Kotlin or Typescript.
- English fluent, German is a plus
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Multi-Media, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science or some years of experience in this field
- Experience with technologies like Spring, Liquibase and different database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and Database Design.
- Experience with frontend technologies like React, NextJS or Vue.
- Proven experience in test automation and test-driven development as well as understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools
- Understanding of modern online application architecture concepts, such as availability, scalability, resilience, and responsiveness as well as caching strategies and API design
- Understanding of cloud technologies and state of the art SaaS products like AWS, GitHub, Datadog, Akamai or Cloudinary
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with working in virtual & mixed team organizations, including outsourced partners and vendors
