- Participate in other projects or assignments as requested
- Preparation of monthly declarations
- Act as functional lead for a small accounting team of 2, coordinating tasks and providing day‑to‑day guidance
- Review accounting entries and reconciliations prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and compliance

Tasks
- Implementation of the global compensation strategy including roll-out in the individual countries to support the local HR managers
- Execution of the general compensation processes: job evaluations, salary increases, workforce planning, bonus, etc.
- Performing of ongoing data & cost effect analysis on short- and long-term incentives as well as development proposals.
- Ensuring of compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinating with HR colleagues in different countries regarding compensation review process, data validation, process improvement, off-cycle requests, etc.
- Evaluation and improvement of current reward programs to make sure that those align with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaboration with HR colleagues and finance to develop and communicate compensation & benefits policies and programs to employees.
- Management of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other where necessary.

- Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs
- Unterstützung bei Softwareeinführungen, Releases sowie anwendungsnahen Tests
- Pflege unseres IT-Servicekatalogs, der Wissensdatenbank und technischer Dokumentationen
- Mitarbeit bei Lizenz-, Lifecycle- und Asset-Management
- Koordination und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister
- Laufende Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Serviceprozesse und Standards
