- Erstellung von 3D‑CAD‑Modellen und technischen Zeichnungen
- Durchführung von Berechnungen und Simulationen sowie Erstellung auftrags‑ bzw. projektspezifischer Stammdaten und Stücklisten
- Unterstützung von Montage‑ und Fertigungsprozessen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung sowie Dokumentation der Entwicklungsergebnisse

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Produktdesign oder vergleichbare Ausbildung;
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Konstruktion und/oder Entwicklung;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SolidWorks;
- Erfahrung mit PDM-Systemen von Vorteil;
- Verständnis für Fertigungstechniken und Werkstoffe,
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative;
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke;
- Da wir in einem internationalen Team arbeiten, setzen wir sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift voraus.

- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization including conceptualization, designing, CAD modeling, development, and test/validation
- Designs components using variety of metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), stress, vibrations, gas flow dynamics, throughput, and manufacturability to properly specify designs
- Develop and conduct feasibility studies and test plans to characterize and validate design performance
- Prepare high-quality reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, evaluation, and validation to a diverse audience in design reviews
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions can be manufactured with high-quality, cost-optimized, and to requirements
- Provide key deliverables including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), technical specifications, risk analysis, test specifications, and design review presentations
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to more junior engineers
