What awaits you?
- Steering and consultancy of 12 markets, agency networks and suppliers.
- Development and execution of coherent brand experience concepts including success/KPI‘s measurement to ensure yearly growth.
- Project lead, coordination and steering of centrally organized projects within the region Central & Southeastern Europe.
- Constant analysis of synergies amongst the organization “Campus Salzburg” (press, sales, aftersales, MINI, Financial Services, Alphabet, etc. ) and regional activities within BMW CSEU.
- Negotiation, steering and monitoring of project related budgets.
- Ensuring a 360° communication of all relevant projects in close alignment and cross functional approach with necessary departments (e.g. Brand Communication, Product and Price, CRM, (Corporate) Sales, Aftersales, etc.).
What should you bring along?
- Marketing, Communication- Business Administration or Economy Degree.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar business fields and experience in Brand Experience.
- High customer orientation is necessary to fulfill tasks properly.
- Overall positive attitude and hands-on mentality.
- Accuracy and an independent way of working.
- Presentation and negotiation skills are your strengths.
- Fluent in English (German skills of advantage).
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

We are looking for you as of now and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
