Tasks
- Responsibility for all investment, improvement, site, and transformation projects
- Establishment and further development of the local PMO in collaboration with plant management
- Management of the local project portfolio, including prioritization, pipeline management, and status reporting
- Global reporting on investments, improvement projects, and savings
- Implementation and maintenance of a standardized project management framework for all areas within the plant
Skills
- Several years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or regulated environment
- Experience in investment, transformation, and optimization projects
- Solid knowledge of modern project management methods
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of Lean Management methods, e.g., Kaizen and 5S
- Strong communication and facilitation skills at all organizational levels
- High ability to work in a team and manage conflicts, along with a professional approach to resistance
- Confident demeanor, especially in complex or high‑pressure situations
- Hands‑on mentality and pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset
- Passion for progress, transparency, and continuous improvement
