Internship PMO Quality Management - Focus on Data Management & Power BI (w/m/d)

Within the framework of the QUALITY LEADER Program, various international quality projects are being driven to enhance processes, transparency, and digitalization across the organization. For our location in Bergheim, we are looking for a full-time intern (f/m/d) for a period of 6 months to support the PMO Quality Management team, with a particular focus on data management and Power BI reporting solutions. In this role, you will contribute to the development of dashboards, digital solutions, and project management activities within an international working environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project management and coordination activities across international quality projects
- Assist in project communication, documentation, and internal stakeholder coordination
- Contribute to the development and implementation of digital solutions within the QUALITY program
- Create and maintain technical documentation as well as user guidelines for implemented solutions
- Support the development of KPI dashboards and reporting structures by consolidating and visualizing data in Power BI
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences in business informatics, computer science, software engineering or a comparable technical field
- Strong IT skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft tools, especially Power BI and other digital collaboration and automation solutions
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with a strong technical mindset
- Basic knowledge of project management and agile working methods, ideally gained through studies or practical experience
- Team oriented and communicative personality with a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work independently, including from a home office environment
