Internship International Off Premise Trade Marketing

As part of the International Off Premise Trade Marketing Team, the main priorities you'll support the Trade Marketing strategy, supporting markets & key stakeholders across all Off Premise channels.

You'll do this by supporting the team in delivering shopper-centric solutions that help deliver a key pillar of the Off Premise Strategy, to ‘Look Like # 1’ in-store and help us win vs. competition.

We need a motivated talent to join our team for six months starting in February/March 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

TRADE MARKETING STRATEGY & GLOBAL GUIDANCE

In this internship, you'll support the team in updating and rolling out global trade marketing guidelines across multiple platforms.

POS EXECUTION & SOCIAL SOURCING ENABLEMENT

Additionally you'll review and maintain die lines for local sourcing, ensuring markets are equipped with ready-to-use solutions to enable fast and efficient execution.

INTERNATIONAL POS TOOLS & CATALOGUE DEVELOPMENT

You'll contribute to the design and development of best-in-class POS tools, collaborate with procurement teams and agencies and support the transition to a digital international POS catalogue.

POS INNOVATION & RESEARCH TRANSLATION

You'll conduct in-depth research on in-store POSM, identify reusable assets for retailer needs, and translate POS research insights into clear, actionable takeaways.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Studying or having a university degree in Marketing, Sales and Communication or similar.
• Excellent command of English. Other languages are advantageous, but not required.
• Experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing, preferably FMCG experience.
• Advanced MS-Office skills (especially MS PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Demonstrate planning and project management.
• Organized, good communication skills & team player.
• Passionate for the Red Bull Brand and its products.
• Able to simplify the complex, with project management capacities.
• Creative and strong in implementation, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
