Assistant Specialist, Purchasing & Procurement

What awaits you?

• Self-responsible execution of tenders in close coordination with the responsible international departments / specialist departments with the scope of IT. (Central & southeastern Europe)
• Supporting the IT lead buyer in all tenders of the CE-Region.
• Being the point of contact for the employees of all entities for the purchasing process with the scope of the IT commodity (Software / Hardware).
• Analysis of potentials through the evaluation of key figures
• Working in an international team.

What you should bring along?

• University degree in economics, business engineering, legal, or equal education
• Experience in purchasing is welcome
• Business in fluent English and if possible, in German
• Very good MS office skills
• SAP experience is welcome
• Strategical way of thinking and open mind set.

We would welcome you starting from asap for an unlimited-term position (ZAK Contract) and offer an attractive salary and benefits package. The minimum salary for this position is €3,300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience, meaning that the final amount will be determined during a personal interview.
