Your key responsibilities
- Designing and implementing tailored automation solutions using zenon
- Developing technical concepts and prototypes together with customers
- Providing technical consulting: requirements analysis, solution design, and customer alignment
- Supporting colleagues through mentoring and internal training sessions
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Support, and Product Development
- Creating clear and structured technical documentation for your solutions
Your qualifications
- Technical education (technical college, university of applied sciences, or university) in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science
- Project experience with system integrators, IT/OT consulting firms, or in mechanical engineering environments
- Strong experience in PLC programming; experience with zenon or comparable tools is a plus
- Industry experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or energy engineering is an advantage
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
- Independent, solution-oriented working style combined with clear and effective communication
Depending on professional experience, this position is at least classified according to the IT collective agreement in ST1/entry level. The final gross salary is in line with the market and is based on your training, qualifications and experience.
This position is part of the Customer Services team.
