Rental Sales Agent

Our company is a multinational car rental company affiliated with an International Franchise network. Our team is constantly expanding, and we are looking for staff members with or without experience to work in a new project next to Salzburg Airport, as a Rental Sales Agent, starting from February 2024.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Fluent English and German language
• Nice and enthusiastic personality, empathy, problem-solving, gentleness, accuracy, reliability, excellent customer care skills with strong communication abilities
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• High school diploma (secondary school)

Main tasks:

• Rental contracts administration
• informing clients about rental conditions and available services
• selling products over the counter
• data management in fleet managing system
• payment administration
• damages administration
• moving vehicles between parking areas
• and handling the logistics of the vehicles

• Gross 2.082 Euros/month base salary (14x) + in addition a performance-based monthly bonus (12x)
