Product/UX Designer (m/f/d)

Your mission
As a Product/UX Designer, you’ll work closely with senior designers, product managers and developers to create user-friendly, visually compelling interfaces. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.
Your tasks in detail:
- Support design of user interfaces for complex B2B and B2C applications;
- Create user flows, prototypes, and mockups in Figma;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on design solutions;
- Assist in maintaining and evolving our design system;
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or related field;
- Preferably first experience in design role;
- Solid understanding of typography, layouts, and interface design principles;
- Curiosity for complex interfaces and how to simplify them;
- Strong knowledge of Figma and basic understanding of prototyping workflows;
- Awareness (and ideally some experience) with design systems;
- A collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt;
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing your best work (2-3 max);
- English proficiency (C1- level written and spoken).

For legal reasons, we are required to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 38.183,60 gross per year based on full-time employment.
What ultimately matters most are your personality, expertise and your commitment. We offer an attractive, performance-related salary that is individually tailored to your qualifications and professional experience and is significantly above the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
