Job Description

• Driving and contributing to the automation test strategy, scripts, and frameworks
• Working with cross-functional teams in problem solving and quality process improvement activities
• Utilizing quality measures and metrics to drive continuous improvement and help to identify the suitable tools for test reporting, test management and test automation
• Coordinating QA from testing to release management together with our main customer VW
• Designing and implementing of CI/CD models
• Defining quality metrics and testing strategies, reporting and managing risk activities 
• Contributing to a continuous improvement mindset across teams 

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in software testing and software QA
• Passion about strategic quality process improvement
• Like working in the daily operations
• Communicative and you enjoy working for several teams as well as within teams
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
