Online Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

As an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for digital marketing activities with a focus on Google Ads, social media marketing, and the further development of our B2B online shop. Working closely with the specialist departments, you will actively shape our online presence and contribute to sustainably improving eCommerce performance.

Tasks

• Planning, analyzing, and implementing eCommerce campaigns, as well as tracking relevant KPIs and deriving actionable recommendations
• Managing and optimizing the Google Ads account, including keyword research, analysis, and budget control
• Developing and implementing retargeting strategies and audience-building measures to effectively guide the customer journey
• Conceptualizing, creating, and publishing target group-relevant content on social media channels—in close coordination with marketing and external agencies
• Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as maintaining and optimizing content in the webshop
• Conducting competitive analyses to continuously improve our eCommerce strategies
• Ensuring consistent quality standards in the online shop, particularly in product presentation and content display

Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in eCommerce or online marketing
• Proficient in common online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager)
• Solid knowledge in optimizing performance metrics and experience in the operational management of corresponding campaigns
• Experience with content management systems and in creating and optimizing editorial content (website, newsletter, social media)
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 2.741,61 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
