YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Program & Portfolio Management Team in administrative and organizational activities – get a first-hand understanding of how portfolio management works at PALFINGER
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and content updates of the internal project portfolio
- Take over parts at the creation of reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and help visualize project performance
- Support the preparation of project and training materials, including presentations for management meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders on communication and alignment tasks
