RESPONSIBILITIES
- Background (education or experience) in software development, data engineering, data science, or computer science
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Python
- Hands-on SQL would be a plus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop training strategy, concept (approach, methodology, tools, training process) for implementing network of business processes in the functional organizations in course of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Define enablement and change management principles and strategy
- Define training tools and systems and their setup for the proper planning and execution of the trainings
- Coordinate the development, sequencing and execution of the trainings in close collaboration with ICT and the Process and Data Organization
- Build network and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders of training and enablement within the project and in the local organizations (Train the Trainer)

What can you expect?
- You will develop, operate and optimize the pan-European Sales Operations Business in a Group function (BMW and MINI).
- You will determine the best Sales Operations processes for Region Europe.
- You are responsible to constantly monitor performances and defined KPIs by utilizing dashboards and AI to analyze data, ensuring operational excellence, informed decision-making and continuous improvement in close collaboration with the BI network and the team.
- You will prepare and present relevant insights in the dedicated European Management Circles.
- You will steer the regular exchanges with the different involved stakeholders, like central and headquarter departments (e.g. ordering, stock management, volume planning, young used car management) and market-based functions (e.g. area manager) and national sales companies.
- You will contribute to the adoption of highly automated processes to guarantee mass capability for the whole European Region.
- You will identify new system requirements and taking responsibility to forward process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner.

Sie erstellen und optimieren eigenständig unser fachliches Reporting und Controlling im Medical Underwriting für interne und externe Stakeholder. In diesem Zusammenhang unterstützen Sie bei der Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Daten für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team sowie mit anderen Fachbereichen wirken Sie an der Pflege und laufenden Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur im Medical Underwriting mit. Zusätzlich werden Sie in die medizinische Risikoprüfung und die zugehörigen Prozesse eingeschult, um die fachlichen Anforderungen an Reporting und Systeme gut zu verstehen.
