YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, develop, and optimize master data management systems with a focus on data governance and process standardization
- Define and maintain data standards and policies to ensure consistency and alignment across all business areas
- Monitor and improve data quality through routine audits, cleansing activities, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven processes and support system integrations (ERP/CRM)

- Disciplinary leadership and development of team member
- Implementation of operations requirements within the framework of PALFINGER release cycles with your team in close coordination with the Process and Data Organization (PDO)
- Optimization of internal and cross-departmental processes and structures in collaboration with other departments and the Palfinger Process and Data Organization (PDO)
- Coordination and collaboration with external service providers including budget monitoring and governance

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and maintain end-to-end digital solutions architectures that span physical products, digital interfaces, and enterprise systems
- Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and security across IT and OT domains
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Establish and grow a “Community of Practice” across relevant organizational units to share knowledge and best practices

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate student, post graduate student, or recent graduates (Bachelor’s / Master's degree) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS)
- Comfortable working with data having first experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Knowledge of SQL to query databases and data products
- Strong interest in data-driven decision making
- Affinity for media and automation is a big plus
- Ability and courage to challenge the status quo as well as the willingness to investigate new solutions and technologies
- Self‑driven and communicative team player
