RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate student, postgraduate student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master degree).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with point-of-sale (POS) data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and professional PowerPoint storytelling.
- Experience with planogramming software (e.g., JDA, Space Planning) is an advantage.
- Proven project management and planning skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into clear, actionable insights for different audiences.
- Ability to effectively interact with peers, sales management and senior management.

- Daten auswerten: Neue Artikel legen Sie in unserem System an, aktuelle Verkaufszahlen werten Sie regelmäßig aus. Damit liefern Sie unseren Category Manager:innen einen guten Überblick über laufende Entwicklungen.
- Artikel kennenlernen und testen: Sie organisieren Muster von Produktneuheiten. Sie testen Produkte selbst, denn Ihre Meinung zählt vom ersten Tag an. Neben den bestehenden, lernen Sie auch kleine, regionale Lieferanten kennen. So erweitern Sie Ihr Produktwissen und Ihre Sortimentskenntnis. Ihr Lieferanten-Netzwerk vergrößert sich.
- Anfragen aus den Filialen beantworten: Mit den Filialen stehen Sie in engem Kontakt. Bei Kundenrückfragen zu Inhaltsstoffen, Wirkung oder Anwendungsgebiete wenden sich Mitarbeiter:innen direkt an Sie. Die Antworten organisieren Sie selbstverantwortlich. Auch Reklamationen gehören zu Ihrem Kompetenzbereich.
- Organisatorisches abwickeln: Für Vereinbarungen besorgen Sie notwendige Unterschriften, unsere Lieferanten informieren Sie regelmäßig über Marketingmaßnahmen. Ihre gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise hilft Ihnen hier den Überblick zu behalten.

- Support understanding of customer processes, applications, and use cases to inform internal product and technology execution
- Participate in PDR, NPI, and beta-site activities by contributing technical inputs, observations, and structured feedback

- Participate in all phases of the automation development: requirements, design/analysis, assembly, testing, integration, and volume manufacturing.
- Design and analyze mechanical and mechatronic systems, including motion control and automation.
- Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly specify designs.
- Work with cross-functional teams (software, controls, suppliers, manufacturing).
- Developing control systems in close collaboration with software teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototype fabrication, and failure analysis using methods like 5-Why and 8D, characterize and validate design performance.
- Develop control systems hardware, perform PID tuning, and design motion profiles.
- Prepare reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, evaluation, and validation to a diverse audience in design reviews.
- Create documentation and support lifecycle management of products.
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions can be manufactured with high-quality, cost-optimized, and to requirements.
