YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging digital learning content (e-learnings, videos, podcasts, infographics, web) using storytelling and adult learning principle
- Coordinate global training programs with structured planning, localization, and on-time delivery
- Manage and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS) for easy access and usability
- Apply AI tools and analytics to boost engagement and measure impact
- Collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams to identify needs and develop effective training solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in marketing, communications, journalism, media, technology, computer science, information systems or a related discipline
- First Experience with digital services, social media or a similar field
- Strong English writing skills, first project management experience and social media knowledge
- Passion for social media, digital tools and services as well as information technology, digital tools and finding ways to organize and improve business processes
- Understanding of the digital and social media industry – including social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, etc.
- Desire to become an expert with Social Tools: like Sprinklr, Bit.ly, Facebook Business Manager, LastPass, and Airtable
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors - and to communicate technical subject-matter
- Organized, creative, self-motivated and focused on delivering results

- ​Manage CIP, NSR's, and sustaining projects for existing products.
- ​Manage a team of individual contributors to project schedules and deliverables.
- ​Accountable for the design and development of highly complex electrical systems, sub-systems,and/or solutions, applying engineering methods to design.

- ​Is the lead engineer of a development program (product), making sure that mechanical and electrical hardware and the tool software work together to meet the system specification
- ​Owns developing the system specification based on the product specification and configuration options
- ​Is accountable for resolving design tradeoffs/conflicts to ensure the design is integrated, such that the overall product performs as described in the system specification
- ​Assures that the system meets engineering- and compliance standards (e.g. SEMI S2 compliance), especially in the concept and detailed design phases
- ​Owns system level safety concept
- ​Owns BOM (bill of material) architecture
- ​Prepares all required program/product related Engineering deliverables (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses, Theory of operation)
- ​Technical responsible that all interfaces for the entire product are well defined and working
- ​Participates in the cost allocation model and assures that designs meet the cost targets
- ​Owns the reliability design approach and the design validation plan
