- You will be responsible for ensuring that participation applications and tenders comply with public procurement law.
- You will provide support in contract negotiations and conclusions.
- You will be involved in compliance management and ideally have some initial auditing experience.
- You will review, draft and negotiate terms and conditions as well as contracts with customers and suppliers.
- You will handle complex internal insurance law issues, including clause and claims reviews.
- You will support the management and specialist departments in legal matters and act as a central point of contact.

- Du verantwortest die vergaberechtskonforme Gestaltung von Teilnahmeanträgen und Angeboten auf Ausschreibungen.
- Du unterstützt bei Vertragshandlungen und Abschlüssen.
- Du wirkst im Compliance Management mit und bringst idealerweise erste Auditerfahrung mit.
- Du prüfst, erstellst und verhandelst die AGBs sowie Verträge mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
- Du bearbeitest komplexe interne versicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen, inklusive Klausel- und Schadensprüfungen.
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung und Fachabteilungen bei rechtlichen Anliegen und stehst als zentrale Ansprechperson zur Verfügung.
