- Troubleshoot new or existing product problems, involving designs, materials, or processes.
- Designs, develops, and implements safe and cost-effective complex equipment and methods of assembly for all phases of manufacturing.
- Define process and methods for high volume manufacturing which includes operations method sheet, routing, and sequencing.
- Perform virtual build and create sequence of assembly.
- Perform root cause investigation and recommend corrective action for operational problems, such as material use variances, bottlenecks, fixture issues during build or manufacturing process.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes or resolve problems and follow through resolution to reduce costs, improve product quality, and cycle time.
- Reviews and develops designs that improve product manufacturability and assembly.
- Coordinate new product builds in pilot production manufacturing partnering closely with manufacturing and product engineers.
- Create and release engineering drawings & bill of materials (BOM) using Engineering Change Management process.
- Development of handoff package to allow product transition to high volume manufacturing.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Integration of mechanical, hydraulic, and mechatronic modules and/or subsystems throughout the entire Product Development Process until serial production, in order to perform at the complete Product level.
- Capability of leading teams of experts in the different areas of competence and integrating them into a goal-oriented cooperation: leading by knowledge, methods, and charisma not only on a hierarchical basis.
- Hands on experience and passion to engage in design to cost and value engineering & design for manufacturing and assembling.
- Hands on experience on risk analysis on concepts, and capability of defining/reviewing the V&V plan accordingly.
- Deep understanding of Norms, their evolution and their impact on product development cycle.

- Create detailed PnIDs using AutoCAD to represent the process flow and instrumentation of wet chemistry processing systems
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to date PnIDs for new and existing systems.
- Specify instrumentation and control devices based on project requirements and SEMI standards
- Work closely with process engineers, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the PnIDs meet all technical and safety requirements
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of PnIDs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in testing and commissioning of systems to verify that they meet design specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Project or Program Management within Operations or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with CAPEX Projects preferred.
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Solid MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
- Experience with Workfront or similar PM tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on conceptual thinking and continuous improvement.
