Die Rolle
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or design
- 2 years+ of experience in marketing field
- Excellent ability to manage different stakeholders and deliver towards challenging timelines
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills, and an excellent eye for detail
- B2B and retail experience is beneficial
- Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Motion Design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Proficient in Cinema 4D/Blender etc., 3D designs, retail renderings, etc.
- Motion design, and video asset creation for social media
- Copywriting experience, solid English language skills, ability to shape a unique brand language
- Handling multiple design projects, requests, and scheduling
- Experience in Project Management tools like AirTable
- Photo editing and retouching
- Experience in typography and layout for Print and Web
- A team player, who closely collaborates with all stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics related
- Fluent in English, additional languages as an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce roles, working with Global Brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market leading Pure Players, Bricks and Clicks or Quick Commerce players across sales and marketing
- Experience in people management is strongly favoured
- eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
- Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
- Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
- Strong influence and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure
- Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree Bachelor or Master
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG industry, ideally working in the area of POS lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Sales and Operations processes
- Solid project management and organizational competencies with proven skills in managing various stakeholders
- Affinity to manage and develop people, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Experience in working with Asset Tracking digital solutions is a plus
- Self-driven, Methodical approach with analytical mindset

- +5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing functions
- Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Media or Publishing industries
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Looker) is a plus, and willingness to learn new tools is a must.
- Good working knowledge of social media and some associated analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr, as well as native reporting platforms of the social networks)
- Sharp analytical skills, with the ability to extract and analyse raw data and draw conclusions.
- Ability to transform findings into a clear compelling story that drives positive action from the business.
- Intellectually curious and adaptable team player with a self-starter mentality and the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset.
