- Durchführung der Lieferantenaudits des Fachbereichs gemäß globalem Auditplan sowie Überwachung relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Korrekturmaßnahmen
- Qualitative Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und Lieferanten und Planung und Begleitung von Bemusterungsprozessen bei Lieferabnahmen
- Beurteilung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualitätsprozesse gemeinsam mit Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Produktqualität
- Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung der Qualitäts-Performance der Lieferanten
- Identifikation und Koordination von Reklamationsschwerpunkten sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with focus on supply chain management or logistics
- Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of (production) planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA, planning systems preferably SAP IBP and master data systems (SAP MDG-M) is advantageous.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Analytical, precise and structured way of working.
- Process- and solution-oriented, able to work under pressure, organisational talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects and leading sustainability optimization initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into product design.
- Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
- Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, global organization.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex business needs into innovative, practical technical solutions.
- Deep technical expertise in intralogistics processes, warehouse automation, production equipment interfaces, and integration with IT systems.
- Solid understanding of industry standards, cutting-edge technologies, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance and future-ready solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD tools for project planning and design.
- Fluent in English and conversational in German, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
