- Completed Matura level education with vocational training, ideally in the automotive sector.

- Responsible for the implementation, continuous development and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including the integration and administration of add-ons.
- Evaluation and analysis of technical requirements as well as implementation of new solutions to optimise HR processes.
