Aufgaben:
- Übernehmen die Rolle des Projektmanagers in globalen, funktionsübergreifenden Qualitätsprojekten – von der Implementierung und Einführung bis hin zu strategischen Initiativen. Dabei beweisen Sie professionelle Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer und internationaler Projektteams sowie externer Partner.
- Eigenständige Leitung von Projekten im Rahmen des PMO-Qualitätsmanagement-Portfolios, z. B. Entwicklung eines Rückverfolgbarkeitskonzepts, Einführung der SAP-Prüfplanung auf Werksebene und Übernahme von Projekten im Rahmen unseres Workstreams „Produktintegrität“ – Teil des Nachhaltigkeitsprogramms.
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Qualitätsmanagementmethoden und -tools, einschließlich Administration und Schulung.
- Weiterentwicklung von E-Learning-Inhalten im Rahmen der QUALITY LEADER-Initiative.
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagementstandards, -methoden und -tools innerhalb der PALFINGER-Organisation.

YOUR TASKS
- In this key role, you are responsible for implementing the global quality and environmental policies within the Loader Cranes product line and ensuring the highest quality and safety standards across the entire product lifecycle
- You manage quality and compliance activities in development projects and act as a QM coordinator and gatekeeper throughout the product development process (PDP)
- In this context, you develop and maintain quality and safety standards, lead the Q-Circle (PAL-Q) within the global product line, and ensure effective follow-up on issues using the 8D methodology
- By developing and analyzing meaningful quality KPIs, you drive targeted optimization measures and promote continuous improvement of products and processes
- Furthermore, you manage internal interfaces, provide technical support in enhancing the existing claims management system, and contribute your expertise to strengthening the global quality culture at PALFINGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable product management role, ideally within the POS product environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end product development projects and leading sustainability optimization initiatives, integrating sustainability principles into product design.
- Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
- Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for product analysis and reporting; experience with SAP is desirable.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, global organization.

Deine Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung einer qualitätsgerechten Serienproduktion von der Konstruktion bis zur Produktions- und Erstmusterfreigabe. Dazu gehört die Erstellung von Control- und Prüfplänen sowie Prüfanweisungen. Die Durchführung von Prototypen- und Erstmustertests sowie Planung und Überwachung der Qualitätsanforderungen für Zulieferteile. Unterstützung von Lieferanten und Produktionsstandorten im Rahmen von PPAP-Prozessen, Produkttransfers und komplexen Qualitätsfragestellungen (z. B. Vermessungsaufgaben, Toleranzanalysen).
- Erstellung standardisierter Messanleitungen in Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Produktionswerken und dem Supplier Quality Management.
- Planung, Beschaffung und Wartung von Prüfmitteln in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen.
- Durchführung von MSA-Studien (Messsystemanalysen) zur Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit sowie Schulung von Mitarbeitenden in der Anwendung der Messsystemanalyse.
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen (inkl. FMEA, DoE) sowie Planung und Überwachung von Qualitätszielen. Analyse und Abgleich von Auditergebnissen, Reklamationen und Fehlerschwerpunkten zur nachhaltigen Effizienzsteigerung.
