RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5 years reliability/operational experience (DevNetOps) running large-scale, highperformance IT data center networks and internet services with focus on media-specific purposes.
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on IT topics
- Experience with video transport protocols such as RTP, RTMP, SRT, UDP, Zixi, RIST, HLS, NDI and uncompressed video and audio over IP (SMPTE 2110, AES67/DANTE)
- Proficient understanding of networking principles (switching, routing, multicast, overlay architectures like. MPLS, VXLAN EVPN and application protocol, especially TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, TLS, and HTTP/S)
- Professional network engineering experience with hybrid network architectures connecting on-premises data centers and IaaS/public cloud services.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.

Your responsibilities
- Further development and evaluation of the PALFINGER Partner Standards Program (guidelines, bonus systems, etc.) in close collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, etc.
- Preparation, creation, and follow-up of key performance indicators and reports for sales, installation, and service partners, with a strong focus on partner performance
- Definition of sales, installation, and service partner management processes (scouting, screening, onboarding, development)
- Leading and contributing of strategic and global Network Development projects
- Supporting the further development of essential online tools and platforms

Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Service deliverables of Palfinger's product developments across all product lines, ensuring alignment with with product development and customer project processes.
- Establish and drive a strong PMO structure to enhance transparency, efficiency, and project success in service-related initiatives.
- Support Product Managers in improving products, integrating customer feedback, and developing new service features.
- Oversee global rollout of service products and tools, ensuring market readiness through collaboration with regional teams.
- Build a global Market Manager Network (Sales Ambassadors) within PALFINGERs Sales&Service Organization to strenghten After Sales Products and support their rollout proces.

- Develop and guide the team to challenge partners’ parts businesses through market analysis, identifying revenue potential, and using KPIs to drive growth and continuous improvement
- Lead and coach the Aftersales Business Development team by setting objectives, prioritizing projects, and fostering collaboration across departments.
- Collaborate with the Global Aftersales Leadership team to co-develop and support the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Oversee the rollout of service products and tools globally, ensuring market readiness through collaboration with product development and regional teams
- Build a strong global network of sales ambassadors within the PALFINGER Sales & Service Network to enhance sales of spare parts, Aftersales products, and services

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages are advantageous, but not required
- Strong, sociable presence with excellent communication skills across cultures
- Proven knowledge and network in the QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro industry
- Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful presentations and analysis
- Motivated to win new business and open to frequent travel
